I founded the San Mateo CBT Clinic in 2016. At the time, I had been doing CBT for several years and found myself repeatedly drawn to helping individuals overcome anxiety. I was amazed by how much change can happen in a relatively short period of time; it's been incredibly rewarding to witness what people do with their lives once anxiety is no longer a barrier.
In my free time, I enjoy exercising, reading, good food with friends, watching Netflix with my wife, and scratching our cat's belly.
